This week PBS KIDS announced the launch of Explore Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, a new app based on the hit series DANIEL TIGER’S NEIGHBORHOOD.  Come see and explore Daniel Tiger's neighborhood in this fun new app.   We just love Daniel Tiger for many reasons!  I love how he and his friends help kids learn about the world around them in such a playful way! In the Spotlight: Seth Socolow of the SF AppShow

This past weekend I participated in Karen Robertson's "How to Create and Market Your App" event in San Francisco via Skype.  Gotta love technology!  I was part of the Workshop Event Panel as Karen wanted to showcase authors/developers who self-published as well as authors who are traditionally published.  It was a great event and I had a chance to speak to Seth Socolow, Executive Producer of the AppShow who was the moderator of the Author Panel.  His company provides a way for developers to showcase their newly released app - whether it be a game, storybook or educational app.  There are many ways to get the word out there about your app - and I explained during the event that having a successful product is one part creating a GOOD app and two parts marketing.  The AppShow is one way  to showcase it in front of a large audience!  I had a chance to speak to Seth about his company and his … [Read more...]
